2. Using Our Services & Products

We provide engineering designs, software development, cyber security, and professional documentation. We also offer specific products that have their own guidelines:

• Sonar Messenger: This is a secure tool for chatting and networking. You must not use Sonar to send spam, illegal content, or harmful software.
• IskiMedia (Streaming & Media Player): This platform is for entertainment. You agree not to copy, steal, or illegally distribute any media content you access through IskiMedia.
• BMFINANCE: This is our financial tool for savings and loans. When using BMFINANCE, you promise that all information you provide is true and accurate. Our algorithms calculate loan limits automatically, and you agree to follow the repayment rules presented to you at the time of borrowing.

3. User Rules and Behavior

When using Iskify360 platforms, you promise that you will not:

• Break any local or international laws.
• Try to hack, disrupt, or damage our websites, apps, or databases.
• Create fake accounts or pretend to be someone else.
• Steal our software code, 3D designs, or business ideas.

If you break these rules, we can remove your account and stop you from using our services.

4. Ownership (Intellectual Property)

Everything we build—including our website design, the Sonar app, IskiMedia media players, BMFINANCE algorithms, 3D models, and written reports—belongs to Iskify360. You are allowed to use our tools, but you do not own the code or the platforms.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We take your privacy and cyber security seriously. Any information you give us (like emails, designs, or financial data on BMFINANCE) is protected. We will never sell your personal information to strangers.

6. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make sure our tools run smoothly, fast, and safe. However, we cannot promise that the internet will always be perfect. Iskify360 is not legally responsible if the website goes offline for maintenance, or if there is an accidental error in an app. You use our services at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Rules

As our technology grows, we might need to update these terms. If we make big changes, we will let you know by putting a notice on our website.
