Ecosystem Terms of Service.

This agreement governs your access to the Iskify360 digital platform, including the centralized Connexa backend, affiliated applications, and all associated cyber infrastructure.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any application within the Iskify360 digital ecosystem including but not limited to the Connexa Platform, Echo360, and the Assignment Companion you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions specified herein, you must immediately disconnect from all Iskify360 network relays and cease use of our software.

The Connexa Core Architecture

Centralized Database Notice

Connexa operates as the primary logic brain and centralized database backend for the entire Iskify360 ecosystem. When you create an account, log media via Echo360, or input academic data into the Assignment Companion, that data is routed, authenticated, and stored through the Connexa core infrastructure.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Your Iskify360 credentials serve as a universal key across all our applications. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication tokens.
  • Cross-App Data Syncing: By utilizing peripheral apps (e.g., IskiApp), you consent to the bi-directional syncing of relevant user data to the Connexa backend to ensure seamless ecosystem functionality.

AI Integration & Telemetry

The Connexa platform utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence to facilitate communication, sort media, and predict productivity patterns.

  • Algorithmic Processing: You acknowledge that text, queries, and assignment schedules submitted through our platforms may be processed by AI algorithms to optimize your user experience and platform efficiency.
  • System Telemetry: Iskify360 actively monitors system health, error logs, and basic usage telemetry across all deployed software nodes to maintain structural integrity and deploy real-time patches.

Cybersecurity & Acceptable Use

As an engineering and technology firm, any attempts to compromise the Iskify360 infrastructure will be met with immediate digital countermeasures and legal action.

Prohibited Directives:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Connexa or any affiliated apps.
  • Utilizing the network to execute unauthorized penetration testing, DDoS attacks, or malware distribution.
  • Deploying automated scraping bots, data miners, or API abusers against the central database.
  • Using the Connexa communication features for harassment, illegal academic collusion, or illicit data trafficking.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Iskify360, its founder, or its developers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, academic standing, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. The ecosystem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
